yes, they are. I have seen more venom out of gamecock fans in the past year than I have ever witnessed. I have blocked most on facebook. They are out of hand. We really must put them back in their place in Nov. Enough is enough.

Hold up!! Dabo practically insulted every person who ever graduated from USC (no...not the one in LA, children) when he went wacko last December. What was it? "Clemson has and always has been the University of South Carolina"? Try the fact that they were around only about 90 years before we were chartered. If you think they're frigging annoying now, just pray they don't win in DV this November. By the way, if you know Spurrier's history at UF, then you know he NEVER forgot a perceived slight or any signs of disrespect, holding grudges for years or even decades (just ask Georgia and Tenessee). Brilliant Dabo just had to talk about and make fun of Spurrier's record in his little rant for the cameras.....so lets don't hold our breath waiting for the arrogant jerk to take a knee again while running out the clock this year if they're ahead. And with our tulips on defense, he may try for the DV scoring record! Thanks a lot, Dabo---nice bulletin board material.

on 10/20, but we play VT in DV that day. If our game is before theirs, wouldn't it be interesting to see everyone in DV doing the gator chomp on TV (with a PA announcement preceding! Seems like an idea for the Spirit Committee...hint, hint students!)

I turned on the coot game before kickoff and I swear they showed a fan on the sidelines and he had a small FSU flag he flashed for the cameras. I told my wife ,who isnt from SC and doesnt quite understand our rivalry, to come and look how much we are in their heads every day.I mean they are playing a team that has nothing to do with us and all they can think about is if we get beat or not. Pretty friggin pathetic!

Maybe we just need to worry about our team right now. I, for one, am not a happy Tiger camper---not with most of the players, or the coaches, after last night. We need to fix some things.

thats actually what started the warchant yesterday. there were 3 clemson fans decked out in full gear at the game. when they were walking down the steps to leave the section around them started the chant. from there it just spread until everyone was doing it.

Ok, I know you don't really care what the reality is, but I was in the section where this occurred, and what happened was there was a group of Clemson fans that came to our game all decked out in Orange Clemson gear. They sat just below us, in the visitors section.
When they were leaving late in the game, they started jawing back and forth with some of the USC fans they were walking by, and as one of them were turning to walk out the exit he turned back and flipped off the crowd.
That is when the chants and chopping started.

I did watch both games on TV, and I noticed the same thing as a lot of us did.......the gamecocks are way more physical on both sides of the ball than the Tigers, who are simply a finesse team. They now play Danny ball, and we don't! Does anyone else on here remember when the most physical, hard-hitting, smash-mouth team on any field was the Clemson Tigers?
