Win or lose that game, Clemson is a poorly coached football team from top to bottom. So happy we won but one fortunate play does not mask the fact that offensively we were horrible the second half!

Dang man they were stacking the box against an OLine that had everyone playing out of position.

If they were stacking the box why was Cade 1-6 in the 3rd Q?

This team is poorly coached in several areas, but it's not the players fault that they're poorly coached, every slackness with the staff falls completely on the Head Coach. It's not even on the coaches that do a poor a job coaching bc Dabo is the only one that can change that. They are getting paid well and probably doing the best job as their coaching knowledge allows them to do. It's like Dabo is attempting to train coaches to coach up elite talent and they don't have enough experience to coach up elite talent, but it's not their fault, most any of us would love to be paid what they are paid, and we would do the best we knew how to do just like I'm sure they are doing!!!

I was just hoping to get out with a win after Thomas and Sammy went out.

You're right, most other ACC teams would love to have the talent that we have, but if we keep playing the way that we do, we will start bringing in the same type talent they bring in, I mean that is already starting to show bc we're not near as talented as we were before we started losing our coaching staff that were coaching our championship teams. Don't think that Dabo don't recognize it, he does, and it's up to him to make it better by bringing in very experienced coaches and stop trying to to be a HC that trains his coaching staff. It wasn't that long ago that he had to learn his job, but he had experienced coaches all around him, and what he didn't have at Clemson, he had their phone numbers that he could get very experienced advice from, but I'll bet none of them ever told him to train his coaches, and that's what he has been trying to do and it's making him look bad by trying to do that!!!

Get a life. Down to 3rd team LB and missing 3 starters on OL and we found a way to win. We won and are 8-2 so it is a really good year so far. I guess everyone has forgotten that Pitt was the 1 team that beat us when the won the National Championship in 16.

That was a fun ending of the game and a career defining moment for Cade. Big time W on the road. Anybody who thinks we stink should go pull for the #####.

Congrats on the huge last minute win vs a team that just lost to UVA at home and had to play their backup QB today

Well, I just checked the acc standings and it appears you should refresh your screen.. we went to 8-2...they went to 7-3. We won without half our defense, and half our online...but Swinney just knows how to win these close games.., especially against quality teams on the road....what a road record, huh? Go Tigers

This team is trending downward in every facet of football, and Dabo will still refuse to get help from the portal next season.
