with Cade taking over and Chris Vizzina coming in combined with this year's recruiting class, we are poised to be very good for the foreseeable future. If we do get a player or two out of the transfer portal, then that is icing on the cake. I really believe with the new playoff rules coming into effect in 2024, adding 8 more teams to the format and conference champions getting a first-round bye, we will continue to be a contender for the National Championship. Outside of Florida State, I am not sure anyone else in the conference will vastly improve over the next few years to compete with us for conference championships.

The future is definitely bright for Clemson Football!

It’s good to know an 11-2 ACC championship season is status quo, an 11-2 bowl winning season is a down year. And anything better than that is a good year.

But let's pump the brakes a little bit. I felt real good about DJ after his 2 performances during his freshman year. Then year 2 was head scratching, and year 3 was a disaster. I do feel that Cade is cut out of a different mold, Trevor mold, and I wish nothing but the best for him. Because I do love my Tigers!
