I don't see how it could be enough evidence for a criminal conviction but there is a lot of money to flow

Yeah, reading this article and how it went down is alarming. The fact she told him up front she wasn't a massage therapist but physical therapist, then told her mother and friend is not a good look at all.

Now, could that have accidentally happened, certainly. Now, if he apologized immediately, that might bode well in his defense. If that's a natural occurrence with that typical massage, then he could use that to his defense as long as he wasn't "hitting on her" or said anything to a sexual reference.

I pray he's innocent. However, the fact he didn't use the Texans training staff really hurts his case to clear his name. Dissapointing to say the least.
