I thought that Clemson out played Georgia in the first half and the Dawgs were lucky it was tied.
I do think Georgia is slightly better overall and it showed itself in the 2nd half.
The Georgia running attack is really good and may be as good as any team in years.
The Georgia defense is better and Pruitt is a big help.
The Clemson offense can be very good and Watson is going to be a very good player.
Clemson will win at least 9 games this year and possibly 11 if things go their way.
Again, it was a closer game than the score indicated and a great atmosphere.
Good luck to the Tigers the rest of the year.

I still think we can be better than average. We could have used a game this year against a lesser opponent to open the season and then play the likes of UGA. We had a lot of question marks going into the game but I do think we could play them this week and beat them it was not like they killed us. We were only down 3 with like 10 mins to go into the game. I question Morris play calling but if I was a Ga fan I would be wondering why they only let Gurley carry it 4 times in the first half. If our receivers had not drop a few Uga could have gotten into a 10 point or more hole in the first half and that would have changed the whole game but of course none of it mattered in the end because Gurley was has good has anyone I have seen play. He was great against us last year and great this year.

rely on and did not have to win the game for you. Ours did not have a running game to rely on and would have had to win the game for us.
That was the difference to me.

on the offensive line. I don't think the oline was the problem so much as it was the lack of a running back threat to break a tackle, make someone miss, or break a long run.

Thanks for the nice comments. Georgia's running attack is going to be tough to beat if all stay healthy! Now go put up 1000 yards on the Gamecocks. They are already shaking in their cleats!

Was at the game as well. I agree the score was not an indicator of how good this team is and will be. Finding that playmaker on offense has to be the focus going forward. It was extremely hot and humid not being able to get off that field on D killed us the second half. Not getting One or two early first downs early in the third is what was the difference in the second half. Watson may end up being that playmaker if a RB does not step up.
