Especially in the North East and West Coast liberals that hate Dabo's religious beliefs. And I'm sure the Midwest doesn't have a ton of fans with the way we have dominated Ohio State. Even in the South East with the SEC media members, Clemson isn't a favorite. Beating the SEC flag holder in 2 National Championships doesn't win you a popularity contest.

No one, for the most part, cares (love or hate) about any given team as much as their own fans. The media would have to hate every school in the country, because a significant portion of every fan base in the country is convinced the media hates them.

Respectfully disagree. Dabo has prided himself on being different. With that approach you gain many fans and critics, I don't see it as being regional. Pollack said he'd love to have his kids play for Dabo, Herbstreit sent his twins to play for Dabo, both big name media personalities linked to B1G and SEC. Heck Wahlberg was working out with the team in the weight room on Friday.

CU is 2-1 with a loss to Duke and wins over FAU and Chas Southern.
Why in the world would CU be ranked? Look at results, strenght of schedule, etc. for not only CU but also currently ranked teams. Not too hard to sort out why we aren't ranked.
The whole world isn't out to get Dabo, and ain't attacking his religious beliefs. But thereagain I'm thinking there is a 0% chance you'd change your mind to anything other than the deeply ingrained narrative you've convinced yourself of.

Beat FSU and the look and the perception will change in our favor.

When you have whole quarters when your offense takes time off and you turn the ball over on a regular basis you will have to earn respect the hard way...Clemson has to work harder than the other one loss teams...you can cry and moan over metrics but the score at the end of the Duke is a persistent thorn...nobody is yet convinced that Dook is a football school...4 good quarters against Florida Women's Teachers College and we will be back! We have to get after them!

Colorado is the definition of an over hyped team as is FSU. They beat an always overhyped LSU first game. They looked good, but it is a Brian Kelly team. As far as Colorado, they barely beat an obviously over ranked TCU. They beat barely an unranked team in double overtime who lost by 26 at home to Washington St.
These seem fair and I do not understand why we dropped out after winning both games convincingly..

I could careless at this point in the season. We lost our first game, like it or not. There is only one path to a CFP berth, we must win out. If we win each week, the polls will take care of themselves. Not a big believer the "Hate Clemson" conspiracy theory. We have been a wildly successful program over the last 10 years, that brings both positive and negative commentary, way better an nobody talking about you.
