jba,
1. I can think of several games in which our D-Line has used a controlled rush to find the proper balance between passer pressure and runner control. Plus Louisville's O-L ine is not in the same league as ND's
2. Louisville's D is not nearly as balanced or tough as ND's. Our offense will be able to scxore some points.
3. This game is in Death Valley. I think that our team and our fans will rise to the occasion.
I think your post is chickenshitt, but I can still respond in a rational fashion.

I think it all depends on which Clemson team shows up on Saturday. Will it be the one that played against NCS or the one that played against ND. And therein lies the problem. We have been very inconsistent and that makes it difficult to have a real sense of what to expect.
I'd say we have not been consistently good in all three phases in any game except maybe NCS. We might be good in one or two but then underperform in 1 or 2. Hopefully, we can find some consistency in all 3 phases this week.

I don't disagree, but I think we have all overlooked the possibility that ND is just now starting to put it together. They have been a better team than they have shown - until last week. They played their best game of the year against us - and truly exposed some of our weaknesses.
I feel confident that we will see a motivated and fully focused Tiger team on Saturday. GO TIGERS !!
