As a Georgia fan, I have gotten tired the conference talk on a seemingly endless basis. Finebaum leads the charge with his SEC chants.
With the way NIL is going, I am afraid for the future of college athletics and not just football.
Wanted to see Clemson out in Omaha. I remember those great Clemson teams of years ago going back to Monahan and Greene. I do feel Clemson moving in the right direction now.

it is amazing how a team down 2 runs, down to last strike of game, outplayed for 8 2/3 innings, can turn it around and find a way to win that game. Clemson had so many chances and could not capitalize on those chances and that is how a season ends.
Losing that game in that manner was worst possible outcome that could happen, and that game beat us twice because we had 0 on Sunday left and Charlotte put Tigers away.
Pitching and bottom of order are severely lacking and must get better to get back to Omaha. Coach Bakich has work to do but I think he can get it done.
And yes, seeing Tennessee win anything is not any fun at all

I’m surprised at the amount of SEC teams that hosted and got into the baseball tournament that there wasn’t more in Omaha
Kinda makes Finebaum and those guys look dumb when all but 3 have survived. And in LSU/Kentucky and Florida/Scar, there wasn’t a choice but to have an SEC team advance

I'm a diehard Tiger and I don't see why you guys are bitching about Tennessee going to the CWS. That makes our lost to them look better. They had better pitching than us. I am very optimistic about our future under Bakich.
