I can't wait for the Infractions committee's ruling. I hope they give UNC the death penalty in basketball. If not, then the worst sanctions ever levied against a program that escaped the death penalty.

I think the NCAA will do little to UNC. They are a big licensing revenue producer. NCAA wants that to continue

is that it eliminates the "bad egg" or "isolated incident" arguments. They had a program for cheating at the most fundamental level of college sports, making a mockery of both the student-athlete and their institution. When it was brought to light, they threw lawyers and PR firms at it, stonewalled and threatened the NCAA. Amazing. What a farce of an institution.

I hope they drop the hammer of infinite pain on those cheating liars .
I also hope they make UNCheat send all student-athletes to a mandatory and counted class on integrity and honesty ...and make the basketball doofus teach it .

high up job and they confirmed that they are afraid of UNC. I suspect that it stems from the Power 5 Conferences talk about forming their own athletic organization and UNC wields a lot of clout in basketball. You may remember a number of years ago when a board member's daughter (a student there) was arrested for DUI after a football game........you guessed it......the cop was fired!

Taking 6 years for official investigation to get this far reeks of NCAA trying downplay the results, but ####, 18 years of fake classes how can they not respond strongly
to this scandal.
