I’m really thinking the opposite, but we will see… UGA has better D, no question!! Tenn has the better O, no question… I see a game similar to Alabama/Tenn; now who wins the turnover battle may decide this one… However, Vegas agrees with you, -9.5 was surprising, I was expecting -4.5…I don’t like either team, but should be a great game to watch!!!

If UGA turns the ball over like they did against Fl. they'll lose. Their D won't have as easy a time stopping that Tenn offense as they did against AR15.

I think you're right but my distain for UGA far outweighs my distain for Tennessee. So I'll be pulling for Tennessee.

TN is gonna be a handful for the Dogs. Sorta expect them to win. Will only get to watch about half the game before leaving the motel to go to the stadium in ND.

Well if uga beats tn and alabama beats ga in sec championship then there are 3 1 loss sec teams. Do all three make the playoff along with us or ostate, assuming ostate beats michigan?

overcome both defenses, and you wind up with a Big 12 type offensive show in the SEC. Who would have ever thunk that possible ten years ago, when the SEC was all ground and pound?
And the games INSIDE the stadiums were dull, too.

I don't necessarily mean that Tenn will win - though I think they've got a decent shot. But I bet UGa will not embarrass them. I think Tenn is too good to get curbstomped by anyeon.

I'm not sure how much better UGA's defense is than Alabama's so I too am expecting something like the UT-Bama game, but not quite as many points. I still thin little Reginal Q. Hambleton IV has a two or three interception game in his repertoire ...... maybe this is it!

But UGA has to be the favorite at home. If Tennessee doesn't lose their poise, they have a chance to win. Their offense is dynamic and can score on UGA. If Hendon Hooker plays like a Heisman contender, they will score a lot of points.
Biggest thing is can Tennessee control UGA's run game. If not, they will have to score 40+ points just to be competitive.

I hear UT fans are paying top dollar for a lot of seats in Athens. That home field advantage may not be as decisive as you think. UT is riding a high unlike anything they've experienced in at least a decade.

I have Tennessee. Ga D is good but they will need long drives or Tennessee will have their D gassed.
TN offense looks kind of like ours was when we wore Bama down.
If TN can get 80 snaps they will win by 10.

UGA's D is built to stop offenses like UT. 3-4 that disguises rush and coverage patterns. DJU couldn't read it at all. Hooker will have similar problems.
UGA is a bad match up for Tenn.
