We need to be getting he and lithicum more snaps since they'll most likely be a big part of next year's oline as pointed out above. I for one thought he'd come in and make some noise immediately.

His footwork isn't especially noteworthy (in a positive sense).

That will have to improve before he can become a reliable LT.

(Optimistic that Leigh's footwork will indeed get better ala the development of Jackson Carman ... who wasn't quick enough his FR year to be a reliable LT.)

Our 1st team OL usually play every snap unless they’re hurt.

Thankfully we are not mixing and matching the OL during the games. Unlike DL, OL are not being subbed in and out. They are functioning as a unit. That’s the best scenario we can have. Tristan Leigh just hasn’t become a starter and probably won’t until next year unless someone gets hurt.

Ideally offensive linemen, even highly ranked ones, don't have to come in and contribute right away. I'm sure he will be on the field more next season.
