To be clear, I have heard absolutely nothing to suggest that he will.
On the other hand, it makes too much sense for him to transfer.
He knows he won't be the starter in his junior season unless Trevor is injured.
Then he would have to wait for his senior season to HOPE he wins the competition for starting QB between himself, a 5 star #1 QB in the country in his second year with the team, and another 4 star QB in his 3rd year with the team.
In my opinion that is a big hope for Chase to sit around until his 5th year.

I dream about that. Who would have thought Christian Wilkins and Cellini Ferrell would stay? Trevor’s his own man. If he loves being at Clemson (he appears to)... he may just decide to hang around for a 4th year.

Nor would DJU wait through a year behind Chase Brice if it came to that. A second year DJU vs a senior Chase Brice would be interesting, but I can’t see it coming to that.
I see TL as gone after this year and Chase looking around for another home as senior rather than sitting behind DJU his last season.
DJUs back-up is a mystery right now. He may not be on the team yet.

Four Natty’s in a row.
60-0= G.O.A.T. Which has previously been stated as his goal. To be the greatest to ever throw a football.
Plus his hero Payton stayed for his SR year. I think he has his own goals he is shooting for and he is not concerned with what others think.
He said after Natty 2018 that he hopes he can do this three more times.
DJ will have a package though.
Could you imagine how much these talking heads will cry about us if he stayed for four years?
Could you imagine how ridiculously unfair good he would be his SR year? Never say Never.

The one with Wyoming, UConn, SCAR and one of the in-state schools....
Trevor would play a half and then the other guy could play a half.
A couple of ACC schools will have their act together by then, but we are loaded regardless.
