I was in the elevator last week next to a guy I hadn't met before. I was wearing a Clemson polo. He looked over at me and chuckled. He said "Hey, do you know what this means?" Then, he flashed the "five fingers" sign that we're all familiar with by now. So, I was like "Yeah, that's the number of years y'all have been relevant since 1892, right?" Needless to say, the smile on his face vanished. He didn't say another word. I saw him in the lobby this morning, and I was like "Hey, what's up, man?" He just kept walking.

Their streak is the biggest accomplishment they have ever had in FB. So they are proud of it...
Once it is over they will be back to having nothing, except then their coot logic will still bring up the streak even though any time we bring up past streaks all we here is "that's history, no one cares".
It will be interesting to see how that plays out.

I keep telling myself that none of the past few years matters once we win 1. They acted just as obnoxious after the first one in 2009 as they do now. When we win again, I see no reason to even acknowledge their streak. We will own them again.
