THIS! He's at the school that made graft and corruption an art and a science. Heck, there probably is a major course of study offered there in illegal recruiting. I live in ugay territory, and I have witnessed it with my own eyes on many occasions. Even when they would get caught, the penalties were not harsh. The good old days of ugay recruiting, probably, are back under Kirby's regime.

Why dont we just give the lid a normal offer. Asking him to draw it seems excessive and perhaps a rule violation.

You may be correct regarding an NCAA violation...at least it's the University of Clemson and not Clemson University.
