No disrespect for Darien, but in 2016 we were winning Natty’s and players like Benjamin James Boulware were winning stuff like the Jack Lambert Award.
In 2021, we are unranked and getting excited about backups being nominated for Collegiate Man of the Year. It all makes you wonder.

I thought the same thing. That’s the best picture they could find? I can only think that he was looking at the offensive line run drills.

Is there another, less relevant picture you could have chosen? Really?
Why not the Challenger exploding ?

My cousin Billy sent me that picture because he knew I was a huge Tiger fan. I’m not going to get into the fact that he’s a patriot, not a loser. This is a football board, not a political board. The fact that Clemson’s colors were flying at that historic moment makes it far more relevant than a space ship.

Obviously because the image is so “political” and irrelevant, as is a picture of a spaceship... Get it?

Tigernet isn't giving you those ads. Google AdSense or a competitor is showiing those ads via their code embedded in Tigernet. The ads you see are based on the cookies already stored in you browser. Those come from OTHER websites you have already visited. I am guessing you've recently visited recent hunting and or ammo websites However, Tigernet DOES tell you to buy Nike's chinese crap. ">">

Woah there. I never said Collegiate Man of the Year was a bad thing.
And more importantly, I started my post with “no disrespect for Darien”. That right there proves I didn’t mean anything bad about his nomination.

"No disrespect for Darien, but in 2016 we were winning Natty’s and players like Benjamin James Boulware were winning stuff like the Jack Lambert Award." ~ FastChad
...as soon as you put the "but" right after the "no disrespect for Darien", it negated that very statement of "no disrespect..."
Grammar really exposes our thoughts...
Congratulations Darien, thank you for being the representation of what a Clemson Man truly is and should be!!

Not to be argumentative, but I think your wrong on this one. It’s kind of like when you’re trying to buy something you shouldn’t be and you ask the seller “are you a cop?” Anything you say after that doesn’t count because of the first thing you said.

Not really excited about this as it appears he is in the running based on being woke.

In social “justice,” not football offense. Some things are more important to players on a football scholarship than winning football games. That’s leadership.

Not trying to be funny, but does he even have a carry this year? Maybe SC State? One would think playing time would be a part of consideration.

He has a few carries but not many. It is surprising given that two of the rbs have left.
