If that kid could keep nailing Field Goals from the distances of 50 yards and below, he could actually play in the NFL, but it will be pretty hard for him to get that chance with just one game of nailing them all with his longest being 50 yards....

Good for him. Glad he got the chance to redeem himself. Kickers don't always get that chance. I think he should opt out and move on with his life while he is on top. He's not going pro. Let Gunn kick instead in a somewhat meaningless bowl game.

Bowl games really aren't meaningless when you consider the playing time and experience that freshman and redshirt freshmen can take away from a bowl game!!!

So happy his story ended on a "high" note. He came into an impossible situation with no time to prepare. He needed a good month or so of "pre-season" to practice and find his rhythm, which unfortunately, was during the season.
He looks really dialed in now and I hope he finishes strong in the bowl game.
