I didn’t see the post-game presser, but let me guess: they were “just one or two plays away from winning,” right?

No one wants to hear from Cade anymore until he is sitting on the bench where he belongs. Poor excuse for a QB

I think dizziness could play better than Cade.

Players attitude are a function of our coaches…. Rather than say we are 1 play away or we played great…. Real champions say we lost, we need to play better and can’t wait to steam roll the next opponent. We are soooooooooooo soft!!!!!!!! We coddle our millionaires!!!

It does if you lose to a team you have no business losing to.

No personal accountability. Good ones say it starts with them. Also playing good offense leads to points, 7 in the 2nd half is not good.

Dear Cade,
I doubt you will ever read this, but I hope you will. I am sure that there are no people more disappointed in the Syracuse game than you and Dabo. Though it changes the prospects for the season and you will always remember it, it will not define you. You are a fine young man, a great athlete, very intelligent, and you appear to have sincere faith in Christ. You will have a successful life, and I expect you to have a great career in football. I am convinced that this disappointing season is not because of a lack of motivation or preparation. I think that is true for your teammates as well. If I may be so impertinent, I want to give some lessons I have learned from tennis. First, you know you are prepared and have sufficient ability; what you need to do is keep confident and calm. I have a calming song going through my mind; sometimes I even sing it to myself. I use Let’s Take it Nice and Easy (Natalie Cole). You would probably use something else. You do not need to get hyped up; you need to relax. Second, I tell myself to “scan and focus.” I scan the court before focusing on my target. If I get focused too soon, I usually mess up. You may use other tools, but I am utterly convinced that your difficulties this year come from putting too much pressure on yourself. You have a great life ahead of you. Know that you are in my prayers. I hope you can have some fun this year. Your much older brother in Christ. Clarke McIntosh

All due respect… I absolutely hope he does not read this.
If our players and coaches are reading Tigernet or living on social media, that’s a problem. This is why our championship teams in the past voted to institute a social media ban during the season.
Besides, Clemson athletes already have a full time sports psychologist to coddle them.
