That's what I think every time I see Trenton. That and thinking how close we were to just letting him walk into the Tarholes locker room. Thank goodness Trenton grew up a Clemson fan, if it weren't for that no way is he a Tiger.

I actually think Simpson decommitted from Auburn, he is from North Carolina which is what you are probably thinking. Regardless, tremendous late addition for us.

Don't do that. Justin Flowe is an incredible football player. He's great, even though he didn't come to Clemson. I'm extremely happy with Simpson though. I just hate how we don't get a guy and he's suddenly "not as good anyway", or if he's a second choice it's "he's actually better than _______." They didn't get better or worse by wearing a tiger paw hat.

Carter and Simpson might be the most athletic LB duo we have had in quite a few years. Love Simpson’s intensity. He has great speed and can really lower the boom. This defense is going to be fun to watch!

...the #1 linebacker....who chose Oregon over us at the last second and has since sat for the last two season with injuries.
Came out on top with Simpson and dodged another west-coast-bullet at the same time!

Flowe will probably turn out to be the real deal too if he can catch a break with his health. Dude had a monster 1st game then was out for the rest of the season. He and Sewell will be a force, although Sewell is on a whole another level.
Simpson was a #### of a consolation prize though, with this killer D-line he should be living in the backfield and put up some big stats.

Flowe has played only 2 games in 2 seasons at Oregon. That's a really bad sign for his future.
