always be, "Can you stop the run?" Because, no matter how they may pretty up the offense with other gadgets, Georgia's DNA will always be to pound the running game. They don't recruit all these elite running backs to have them pass block, they are going to be toting the rock.
Neutralize the running game, then wait for the inevitable bonehead playcall by Kirby Notso Smart, and Clemson walks out of Charlotte with a win and a leg up on making the Playoffs again.

Two potentially really good teams playing in their first game of the year. As with most first games, the outcome will come from which team can avoid penalties, turnovers and make adjustments on the fly. Both teams are only good on paper right now but only one will win so here's hoping our guys in orange will be ready.

I really pulled for DK during his time at Clemson. Anyone who has the talent to go from WR to CB at this level has my respect. He just stayed in the love shack too much. In the end, I think his attitude and style of play will probably fit better at UGA. He seems to have a similar style of play to UGA receiver George Pickens. Just a little too much on the edge to fit into Dabo’s program but a great athlete and ball player. I hope he has a great year too - after game 1. I’d love to see Ross beat him on 50/50 balls all night and just wear him down. We’ll see in 43 days. Go Tigers!!!!

LSU and OSU wore him out. He was as lost in those games as a deer in the headlights. I don't know why it was, but I'm hoping Dabo and his staff can figure it out and make him look as bad playing against us as he did playing for us.
