If he’s able to do what he says, the D will be better & faster. There will be less presnap confusion also. Sounds extremely exciting! Can’t wait to see it in action.

Hopefully the plays that are called get to our guys before the moment that our opponents offense is about to snap the ball like has happen many times in the past.

As far as educational intelligence, I think maybe Wes has the upper hand in that department over BV, but as a technician/schemer of plays that BV could set up that could cover a number of offensive plays just by moving one, or two secondary player from one spot on the field to another when the offense set.

BV was the master of disguise with all types of defensive protections. And it's that part of BV's mind that I hope Wes picked apart during his years of working with BV. There had to be a reason that that BV wanted Wes Goodwin to follow him to Oklahomo more than any he took with him... I say that bc I read that Goodwin was the person that BV really wanted take with him to Oklahomo as a part of his defensive staff, and that was probably as his DC, but in an article I read it didn't say that. But below I found this looking for the other article that I had read about Wes Goodwin, but this is a good piece on Goodwin also, and he has a lot of people believing that Dabo made the right choice for his new DC, and sorry if the Link is old news....
