I'm cringing all over again at all the preseason "We are aiming for a National Championship" talk from our team about a month ago. That alone didn't give me a good feeling because that's not something we usually hear a lot of from our guys in previous years when we were actually in contention for them.

Unfortunately that talk came from Dabo. I can’t believe he let someone tape him and release that on social media. Dabo has always been win the day, win the first game, don’t worry about what you can’t control. Guess what, you can’t control who gets picked to be in the playoff. He got the cart before the horse. Lost focus of his team and gave our competitors red meat. Totally out of character.

Yup. That's what gave me that gut feeling that something was off before we even spotted the ball but I just wanted to ignore it as I did and hopefully let my instincts be wrong for once.
