As I type this two NFL teams are playing in an indoor stadium in Spain, on natural grass, in an enclosed stadium, that seats more than any stadium in the NFL. The field retracts to an underground greenhouse. Just know, there's a big, and getting bigger world out there. This isn't AI.

Like $350 million or $400 million.
Would easily be $1 billion+ in the US for an NFL stadium to replicate the same setup.
