only option 15+ years ago? They cost a fortune, put out tons of heat, were expensive to run, and had the potential to explode. Now you can buy a $250 LED light off amazon, some smart pots, and indoor tent and you're ready to go. You can even buy seeds for whatever strain you want online instead of hoping 1 out of 90 seeds you collected from the bag of mids you bought pops.

Worked in the kitchen of a place when I was at Clemson, and we had a knockoff bloomin onion on the menu. Even called it the bloomin onion.
There is nothing, nothing that is more of a PITA to make than one of those. They’re terrible.
Anyway, we complained so much every time an order came in that they changed the system to show “Fookin Onion” on the tickets when they came to the kitchen.
Like I said, semi funny.
