By thanking clover65® for getting me involved in his weight loss game last year. Set a goal that took me 4 months after the game was over to meet!? But put me on a track to feel better than I have in 50yrs and would you looky here. About 38lbs total loss. Thanks my Tiger friend!!!!

Now you're about my size. I've been 190 to 195 for most of the past 40 years. The few times I went over 200, I felt sluggish. Now I try to stay around what you're showing on the scale and not let it creep up too much, except when I get Hulkish!

Congrats! Im on somewhat of the same journey. Im seeing how much I can lose before my wedding in about a month. Started in the gym last week. 225 lbs currently. Im going on a pretty crazy diet and running about 2 miles every morning after my lift. I would love to look down and see 190 looking back at me!
