Do you live in a bubble? I know more than one person that was buying a house and the bank said no to the loan because they did their due diligence and said it was over priced. On the other hand, some banks/lenders don't care if it's personal or business as long as they are going to get the interest and have money to invest. Did you sleep through the 2008 financial crisis? Not much has changed.

and we know one of his best friends (the one that found him these women) is a convicted sex trafficker who is also so seedy that his testimony is the main reason they won't prosecute Gaetz. He also was known to show colleagues naked pictures of women he was having sex with to brag about it.
The bar to prosecute him criminally is considerably higher than the ethics investigation, but considering it's the House of Representatives running the investigation, I'd be shocked if anything happens to him.
Court of Public opinion is an even lower bar and hopefully people can clearly see, if he's not guilty of the harsher crimes, he's a man with incredibly low moral integrity, a predator and pervert.
