what would you become? How long do you think you could survive on just your own poop and water? I think you could get unique nutrients from OTHER peoples' poop but that is outside of the scope of this conversation.
My dog eats her own poop and it got me thinking --- why do I even feed her? Seems to be plenty of grazing in the grass. But I digress.
How long do you think you would live? And if all you ate was poop, how would your poop change? Would it become #### poop? I think it's almost possible that your body would just sort of become poop on the inside. I got to pondering this and, let's imagine a world where poop had all our nutrients and we didn't need food. I think we would literally become poop. We would caugh up poopoo juice instead of phlegm. Our blood would even have poop in it.

You mention autocoprophagy but unless you are a rabbit your body is too efficient at digestion for there to be sufficient nutrients in your own feces
You might survive practicing allocoprophagy if you choose the various sources carefully.
However in humans coprophagia is often linked to a variety of mental illnesses and as perverse unconventional sexual acts.
I think your best bet is to live your life in a way that will give you a good chance of coming back as a dung beetle in the next one and postponing your predilection until your next life.
