Go for the big payday from LIV when you are near the end of career. Even some of the younger guy who are good but not big winners. What I don’t get is guy like Koepka, Chambleu (sp) who were winning big on PGA tour.

You don't know how long you have on tour or if you will lose your touch one day soon, David Duval?
When you can pocket $25-$50M up front and play for bigger purses, who doesn't do it. You still have Tiger, Rory and others taking Nike money, while they kiss Chinese a$$ every day.

Phil knows that golf course very well. He played it the way he usually does and got a big payday. I always liked him because I am a lefty also but he has always seemed to be a little on the shady side.

Rumor has is he NEEDED the 200 million from LIV because of his gambling. If he had stayed on the PHA he would be Arnold Palmer and made that 200 million, plus a lot more as an announcer and continued sponsorships. I like him regardless, but your shady take is accurate.

You going to need more than 3-4 great golfers that play 54 holes once a month to garner a big tv payday.
The guys up there were past champions and figured most would have thought they would play well.
We will see how it goes when they go to the other 3 majors.

I always pulled for Phil, mainly because he was right-handed except for golf. I am likewise. Anything that I swing with both hands, I'm left-handed. Crazy. Phil is 52 now.
