I don’t think anyone knows what it means. How many clowns you think have been on on this board claiming these kids don’t understand the word commitment with at least one divorce under their belt.
Commitment doesn’t mean you lose all agency though. I don’t get why people are so bent out of shape when kids are impulsive and irrational. That was kind of the best part.

I no longer get annoyed at kids using the word "committed" because like a lot of things in the English language in the US, the definition of a word has changed.
