Dutch Fork coach used to be HC at Independence

High here in Charlotte. He led them to one of the longest consecutive win streaks in the country back in the late 90s- early 2000s. Independence was one of the premier programs in all the United States at time.
He is building same type of program at Dutch Fork. Rumor has always been that he is a 1st class a-hole though.

The way he was dressing down his kicker after the DF off-sides penalty during their kickoff just before half was not a good look.

DF coach is the best recruiter in high school football. I saw them play this year and no single school district produces that much high level talent without some serious help. Their coach is an excellent x’s and o’s guy but it helps a lot when you stack the deck.

I'm not sure that they have been that much of a pipeline to D1.
It's not like they are IMG Academy. It probably helps to be one of the better school districts in the state too.
