theatre. You know, "Pure gold, Jerry!" The same as BD the other day.

Because what would be a great way to not get sued by the ACC--act hard and mean HARD like you are comitted to the ACC forever.

And put that together with a big recruiting/camp weekend and there is where the answer may lay for today's comments.

An Oscar or Tony for the Head coach? Or did he just save us millions from being sued by the ACC?

recruiting thing... to me, it's an excuse. FSU isn't hurting because of all this. I know there will be some kids who won't want to come to Clemson because they are in the ACC... there are also kids who wouldn't want to come IF we go to the Big12... BUT ultimately, the majority recruits come to Clemson because they WANT TO BE AT CLEMSON.

i totally agree...we may lose some kids that for some reason are craving to play in the ACC...and we may gain some guys that want to play big time football in the BIG XII...it will come out in the wash...but we must, MUST....look out for our future and ensure that will will be relevant in the future landscape of college football

2. Let’s all forget my recent prediction that Florida State and Clemson would leave the ACC for the Big 12. Not just because the Big 12 has said it wants to stay at 10 members. From what I’m hearing, recruits in SEC and ACC country have made it clear that they aren’t interested in playing in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, etc. Did you notice the news release last week about Tigers coach Dabo Swinney's new contract? Both he and the chair of the Board of Trustees mention succeeding in the ACC for years to come.
