It will be ugly if that happens.

They've got their own loss coming today. And next week. And the week after that.***

There are certainly a lot of people waiting to pounce if it happens. Same folks Dabo was talking about earlier this year hoping DJ would fail. They all want to be Finebum when they grow up.

It's a waste of time. The post come fast and furious and most readers miss anything of value. If we lose today, which I predicted with my 16-26ish forecast I am taking a week. I might show up next Wed here on the mange bored.

TMI so far. Will be Chernobyl if we lose today. For the youngsters TMI is NOT “too much information”.

We still have the home game winning streak right. 37 games?

It would be bad around here to lose to Louisville at home, on Military Appreciation Day. I think our guys will be ready to go and take the Win today. It may not be pretty at times but we just need the W and move on.
Go Tigers!!!

After the way they played vs ND and at home come out today and lay another egg. It will be just fine to criticize that junk. They come out play like a Coached team and lose a hard fought game . I can take that even tho we have much more talent.

We’ve experienced that before, but how good will a victory feel to our fan base?

I don’t think it would be too bad.

There is a sizable chunk of our fan base that blindly supports Dabo and thinks everything is fine with the program. There is another chunk that recognizes that problems exist, but doesn’t think they can be fixed until after the season.

And there is a chunk that expects the worst because misery loves company and they love to say I told you so when anything bad happens.

I say it depends on how we look doing the losing.
Close game and they kick a FG at the end to beat us - not too bad. Their offense befuddles our defense with a dynamic running QB while our offense continues to be 'bubble screen U'? Yeah, it might be the worst we've seen around here since '13 FSU.

A close loss is not going to feel any better than a blowout based on where we are right now. The drums will continue to beat...

It would honestly depend on how the game plays out. If it's another blow out and they stick with DJ then it will be an ugly meltdown and I think recruiting would take a huge hit.

Only one game matters now, and this one ain't it. I would have no issue with taking an L today if Cade got the start. At least the offense is watchable with him on the field.
