Plus a low 13 recruit class.
Very concerned about depth for 2022.
This isn’t “we too deep” 2015-19 anymore.

If they felt they had a strong chance at significant playing time they wouldn't have left. I hope we would want the players that really want to be here. Depth is important, but not at the expense of a bitter locker room.

season. Ladson seemed to be have injuries prior to every game. Ajou Ajou has been on the field multiple times during the season, but he seemed to struggle with route running.
The remaining players had very little playing time this season, and I'm sure that is why they are in the portal.
I've gone through a few portals over the last month, and many college players have been stuck in a portal for a long time. I doubt the portals are going to be around 2-3 years from now.

Where players disappear mostly to never be seen again. Some do magically reappear at other schools. By empirical analysis it only works one way out of Clemson. There is a researcher assigned to determine if it can be modified to work both ways.

But these players were always the depth we spoke to. The "next man up".
We are losing that third to second level of players. Yes they may not be good enough to crack the lineup but they are important to spell the team in the 4th quarter or during injury time for starters.
But now it's walkons and 2 stars if we are lucky.
Anyway won't be a dead horse. Go Tigers!

Those decommits really hurt us. I think the year after next it will show on D. We have to have an amazing class next year

 indeed we did.
I was commenting off the back of Dabo's presser last night. I hadn't realized there was so much attrition this year with transfers.
Yes we had a good win last night with a stout D and enough offense to not lose it ... well done Tigers and the coaching staff. But our depth is a massive concern that Dabo was even addressing last night.
