I went to Miami with my wife and another couple (we're not swingers) to get turnt. I just want to say that the amount of oiled up bewbs on the beach is crazy. I saw at least 15 pairs in two days, and they were all > 30 years old.
On top of that, some jelly fish stung a middle aged heavy weight while we were there, causing her to leave the beach.

Whether it's that particular largely black group in Miami behaving poorly or the largely white rubes storming the Capitol, it's anti-social behaviour and stems from cultural issues in that they're allowed to consider their own behavior acceptable by their peer group.
No one (white, black, whomever) is behaving that way because of their ethnicity, but because they somehow exist within a culture that at worst, encourages that behavior, and at best, turns a blind eye to it. No one ethnic group has a monopoly on good culture any more than a group has a monopoly on bad culture---good and bad cultures exist within all racial subsets.
Problem is, such an observation is vastly different than saying someone is behaving a certain way because of their color (quite the opposite even), but here in 2021 if you try to ponder out loud how to address cultural issues, you may as well be President of the David Duke fan club.
