The LEFT is losing daily even though they’re Ruling Everything.

Mar 28, 2022, 11:58 PM

And doing it so badly that November should be a broken damnn unless they somehow, imho, do their famous ballot stuffing & counting thingie.

Mar 29, 2022, 1:05 AM

we are going to tax the rich and give it to you if you vote for me. Many will fall for it again. Tax and spend tax and spend.

There is no revenue problem, there is a spending problem.

The democrats are failing at everything they touch. Of course to say they are failing would be to give them benefit of doubt that their intentions are good. They can’t win in November in a fair election. There’s still enough Americans who are just not that stupid…….I think?

So now we're putting our faith in elections and democracy again?

I thought the Dems could rig those, however they wanted.

If that's true, why trouble yourself to show up to vote?

Hey, at least we aren’t wasting tons of money on trials and investigations that yields no conclusions For 4 solid years! Right?

Sorry, but they're are way more stupid people in America than ever.

Most of the country is liberal/democrat, but somehow systemic racism, homelessness, crime, drugs, terrible education, fledgling economy, and global warming still exists. That means, that they will continue to take more of your earnings, without "fixing" a GD thing.

The downward spiral continues, just have to plan when to pull the plug and get out of town. If I am going to retire in a socialist country, I choose France.

How about this concerning COVID?

Mar 29, 2022, 11:09 AM [ in reply to Re: The LEFT is losing daily even though they’re Ruling Everything. ]

Democrats/sane anti-Trump conservatives/medical community vs. Trumpers.

How about concerning the 2020 elections?

Democrats/sane anti-Trump conservatives (Pence and Barr included)/independents vs. Trumpers.

Re: How about this concerning COVID?

Mar 29, 2022, 11:23 AM

There's also the slight problem the GOP has had an estimated 400,000+ more fatalities thanks to COVID than the Dems - it was about even until the vax, after which death rates in red counties jumped as high as 16 times higher than blue counties, the numbers are insanely lopsided there - which translates to around 8,000 voters per state. Consider the margins of victory in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin...and then figure that Georgia and Michigan are almost exactly twice the size of your "average" state, Arizona's a third larger, and Wisconsin about 20% larger, and that starts looking like a 16,000-vote swing in Michigan/Georgia, 11,000 in Arizona, and 10,000 in Wisconsin, just off net COVID deaths alone...well.

Also figure that those deaths occurred disproportionately in older voters, who are far more politically active and likelier to vote than younger ones, and the swing is probably a lot worse than that.

Biden's low popularity isn't going to help him unless he turns that around...but the GOP's vax resistance is probably going to be key in swing states. Trump's continuing insistence that voter fraud is widespread isn't going to help either. If the Dems can cheat at will, why vote?

Simply being dead has never stopped a democrat from voting.

I consider myself pretty much in the middle right now, but

Mar 29, 2022, 11:04 AM

the left and sane anti-Trump conservatives has done the right thing from day one in response to COVID by going with the medical community.

Nutty Trumpers have gone with the politicians and other hucksters on COVID.

What does that have to do with anything I posted?

Mar 29, 2022, 11:40 AM

Dems/anti-Trump Republicans/medical community vs Trumpers on COVID.

I wonder how many lives were saved from distancing, wearing masks, and vaccinations.

Does the CDC have any information posted

about the effectiveness of the vaccine in regards to unvaccinated vs vaccinated? If there is a significant difference in the effectiveness between the two (especially surrounding "death") why would there still be those unvaccinated?

I'm not deflecting. I was asking about specific information

Mar 29, 2022, 8:53 PM

which you still haven't provided, btw. I wasn't looking for a general thought like "they worked to a degree" but more specifically what did the CDC say about the issue. So, for those interested, here it is...

https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#rates-by-vaccine-status

you introduced a different argument that I didn't care to argue about, so that's why I ignored it. You are welcome to continue with your argument though, but don't expect I'm going to participate.

As for why people aren't vaccinated, here are a couple of interesting articles:

The second vaccine put my wife in the hospital for 3 days

Mar 30, 2022, 3:31 AM

a few hours after her second vaccine she was on the floor and I had to call ems to get her. It's a good thing I was home or she probably wouldn't be here. She did not get the booster and will never get another covid vaccine. I'm sure she will still get the rest of her vaccinations.

I’ll give you a hint. Trump’s Presidency ended about halfway through the first big wave on each graph. Once Biden came along, we got to take off masks for two months and then put them back on again. We mandated the Trump vaccines even when it no longer made sense. Oh and he mailed out home tests to everyone weeks after the last major wave had mostly ended. But nice words.

Pesky facts like these really doesn’t fit my narrative, so it’s fake!

Re: The LEFT is losing daily even though they’re Ruling Everything.

Mar 29, 2022, 12:35 PM

Dirty 'vote counting' should cause everyone to worry.

Remember, in the past, the vocal & emotional Democrat voters had typically been highly responsive to pollsters ... whereas the (relatively speaking) taciturn Republican voters had been much less responsive to pollsters?

This led to 'election surprises' where Republicans had 'upset' the Democrats despite the poll numbers.

Now it has become that the Democrats don't do so well in the polls (maybe a small majority), but after the votes are counted the Democrats get a big-vote-margin victory. Case in point: The CA Governor recall election in which Gavin Newsome won in a landslide after the polls showed a reasonably close race.

Don't tell me that the fix wasn't in out there in Sacramento.

Re: The LEFT is losing daily even though they’re Ruling Everything.

Mar 29, 2022, 5:49 PM

Why do we rely on humans to count votes anymore? We have a nation wide lottery system that tells us out of hundreds of thousands of people and millions of number combinations, we can pin point a winner (s) in any single podunk county across the nation, but we can’t solidify one of the most important decisions we Americans have fought for the rights to practice such as I don’t know… selecting the president of the United States?

It’s not that freaking hard people! 2 forms of I.D, a registered voter card with a scannable bar code (yes, you must provide all 3 at the time you vote), scan your card at the voting booth with a printed receipt of your selections so you can reference/ use as a recount if necessary and everyone can look at results real time through a government website or app!

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

One picture I.D. and scannable Voter I.D. ... but I agree.***
