Got some contact info from a post on the WZ on TI:
email their entire sports newsroom and voice your displeasure with how Mr. Carvell has overstepped the bounds of ethical journalism. Instead of simply reporting the news he is actively trying to create and manipulate situations to further his own ends and reach his preferred outcomes by badgering high school kids and their parents, misrepresenting facts and using lies, half truths and innuendos in order to achieve a quote. It may be easy for a single editor to ignore emails but when the entire staff starts getting emails about the questionable ethics of a colleague maybe someone will notice.

he is a punk that thinks he has power and likes the attention. What he fails to realize is that WE have the numbers/power... hey punk, want to find a new place of employment in the couple years (cause lets face it the AJC is down year over year).... don't think for a second that someone with CU ties will not get the word out to spam your new potential employer of your shady ways as well. and while you make have a little arrogant smile on your face thinking... "haha what ever" but, deep down you know your a little scared because its TRUE. you poked the tigers and messed with kids futures... karma

Not that I in any way support his lack of journalistic integrity, or the lazy way he "researches;" but I think a part of t-net needs to think about what their freedom of speech is worth in this regard. Does uncensored venting offer significant benefits in relation to the potential damage?
