When The Dude stated it was a done deal, what he meant was that Clemson and the Big 12 had come to an agreement on how to solve all the issues behind Clemson's transition.
Of course the B12 has to formally invite Clemson (they haven't yet) and Clemson has to formally accept.
Now politics has stalled the B12's invite so we sit and wait. But the deal is "done", now we just wait for both sides to follow through... or not...

Now people are saying that WVU may NOT sign the confirmation papers to go to the Big 12, but will go to the ACC instead,- along with Louisville. Hey, I'm just spreading a rumor I read on another site.
