by Krakauer are all good. I forgot to mention them as well, they were on another bookshelf. He also did one about Pat Tillman that is good, cannot remember the name of that one. I think I have read all his stuff, or at least most of it.
Rum Diaries, HST Fear & Loathing, HST Kingdom of Fear, HST Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test, Wolfe The Road, McCarthy

Got Phil's, Clapton's, Gregg Allman's, Col. Bruce, and various other Dead Related "Biographies" on the bookshelf as well. I imagine Marley's is great.

we need a jounge book club weekly thread, for sure
I'm reading a biography of Thomas Jefferson that's pretty dope. I try to alternate between non-fiction and fiction.
I like the CJ Box series of Joe Pickett, and read through the Silo Series
Next fiction book on deck is Atlas Shrugged.

I just tried Atlas Shrugged. It's over 1,100 pages. I made it through about 250 before giving up. Not interesting enough to be that long.

Don’t you have to pay extra for Kindle unlimited- beyond prime I mean?
I use Libby through the public library and most of those titles can be loaded in the kindle app and you’ve already paid for it with your taxes so might as well use it

I've never read either of those but the Screwtape Letters reviews look like it might be fairly entertaining. I'm not much on Christian literature anymore but at one time I read a lot of Hal Lindsey and a bit of David Wilkerson. That was back when I was much younger and dumb enough to think that people might know something special about Christ's second coming.
When I realized the key to that event was the last lost person who was going to come to The Lord and be saved, had come to The Lord and been saved and the last backslider who was going to return to the fold had returned to the fold He would return.
I'm not interested in reading anything but the Bible anymore.
