The coaching staff didn't "get stupid"

But there has been a vast loss of knowledge and experience over these past 2 years. This doesn't make them stupid... just unqualified.

There is a lot of distance between expert and stupid.

Our current staff is in that in between. Not really debatable.

It's the parent's fault for letting them go behind the wheel. Dabo put guys in positions they weren't qualified for and we are suffering the consequences.

I agree with others that our Defensive staff is not nearly as big a problem as our offensive staff.

Although we certainly saw a huge conditioning problem against Miami in the 4th. Granted our offense contributed to the D- getting gassed, but that does not eliminate conditioning as a contributing cause.

The real problem is our offensive coaching. Our OC just started coaching in 2012 and he is pretty much the most experienced guy on the staff. After that, not group seems to be performing well even though we have had great recruiting classes in the past 3 years.

I would not call any of them stupid...I would say that most of those guys are not experienced enough to be coaching in any elite program.
