got off to a winning start in the 2022-23 season opener today beating Gardner Webb in Littlejohn 81-54.Ruby Whitehorn who was a McDonald's All-American coming out of High School in Detroit,Michigan scored a team high 17 points...http://stats.statbroadcast.com/broadcast/?id=430278

Yeah, shot the ball well. Don't know the final turnover total, but had 18 in the first half which, of course, is unacceptable. Part of that is it being the first game, but is a metric they need to improve this year.

They have Elliott still listed on the roster, but I thought she transferred. The 2 of them could have been game changers for the program.

Big loss with Sydney Standifer having to quit basketball. She was primed to get some good minutes.

Yea I heard that during the game,tough loss as far as the depth of the team goes and her scoring...wasn't it something to do with her knees giving out on her and I heard something to do with the heart to?
