Thanks Noo Yawk for the jobs.....

Oct 30, 2013, 4:18 PM

American Tactical Imports (ATI) is moving from New York and its myriad gun control laws to gun-friendly South Carolina. ATI is "an importer and distributor of domestic firearms" and also does some manufacturing.

ATI is the third firearm company to make the decision to leave New York since Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the SAFE Act on January 15.

According to Guns.com, ATI will be moving from Rochester, NY to Summerville, SC, "a city on the outskirts of Charleston." They will be bringing $2.7 million in jobs and facilities with them.

ATI president Tony DiChario said, "This move to South Carolina will help ensure a solid foundation for our company. The relocation process will be smooth and we have ensured the process will not affect customer service, product distribution or any other segment of our business."

Along with the benefits of moving to a gun friendly state, ATI is also benefiting by relocating near Charleston-area Atlantic ports.

South Carolina Ports Authority president Jim Newsome said, "The S.C. Ports Authority welcomes American Tactical as a new customer."

For shore... The first time we got plenty of help from France. Though it was kinda slow it was still appreciated. Next time will be much sweeter!
