It has become lightspeed fast recently. Slow it down! Also the woooo at the end just keeps getting louder and louder. Tone that down.
Thanks for listening

section would end it with Fight Tigers, Fight #### it, Fight, Fight, Fight!!
The band always stopped with only two fights, but when you added the "#### it", it flowed better, and frankly sounded better with three "fights".
Today, I still here some older guys from that period using the "fight #### it, fight, fight, fight (myself included). You also hear it without the "#### it", and the third "fight".
To me, I doesn't matter how folks yell this cheer, just as long as they are yelling for our Tigers.

http://www.clemsonwiki.com/wiki/Political_Correctness
Political Correctness is a self-imposed canon of behavior or beliefs designed to conform to constraints deemed socially acceptable.
Examples of political correctness at Clemson can be found in the editing of the school cheers and anthems over the years.
The school mascot since 1939, the Country Gentleman, and the playing of "Dixie" at the beginning of pre-game shows at football games, were both banished after 1971. The "Rat Class"' "Rat Cheer" also faded away after the last Rat class of 1971, only preserved in the Unhymnal.
The primary Clemson cheer, "C-L-E-M, in Cadence Count" has evolved since the 1970s when Clemson was less likely to be televised. It originally went:
C-L-E-M, in Cadence Count!
1-2-3-4,
1-2-3-4,
C-L-E-M-S-O-N,
T-I-G-E-Rrrrrrrr-S!
Fight, Tigers, Fight,
#### It!
Fight-Fight!
(Note - the was originally a Jody Call, a marching chant, and 'two fights' end on the right foot, not three. It has been in use since at least the mid-1950s, a reference to it being mentioned on page 210 of the 1957 TAPS.)
With the modern age, we now find ourselves substituting another "fight" for "#### it". But traditionalists still only do two fights at the end.

The cheer originating from military college days:

C-L-E-M in Cadence Count.
C-L-E-M-S-O-N T-I-G-E-RRRR-S.
Fight Tigers, Fight D@mmit, Fight Fight Fight!
(Following were yelling, stomping and clapping. (No Woo's.)
Some groups like Tiger Band and the PR's would yell only two "Fights," while the cheerleading squad and crowd yelled three. That's how we learned and performed it in the 60's.

same above. The band was the group pushing the two "fights" in the late 70's, the rest of the students included the "#### it" and three "fights".
I think the "#### it" was condemned during the Lennon era. Along with my favorite cheer, "Rip em up, tear em up, Tigers give em hell."
Hell and #### were frowned upon by Lennon.
