Believe, sadly, that today is last day of Summer!

Sep 21, 2022, 8:31 AM

My calendar shows Thirsday as being start of Fall.

Been a fairly good season, for me, since hot & got in some boating & kayaking on coastal waters I like.

How bout you TiGER?

I live in Murrells Inlet, so the fish are starting to run a bit. And the beach is still warm to get on. So my outdoor activities will be enjoyed for a few more weeks. Then I enjoy sitting in a deer stand. Once the mosquitos calm down

Those Friday temps sound like a good night for some grilling.

The years truly do go by faster as you grow older and I'm only 27. Doesn't help I'm constantly traveling for work (really got to get out of that so I can spend more time with my family and friends and do things for myself as well).

Here's to 2023 because it'll be here before we know it.

It may be the last day on the calendar but here in the south the temperatures are not reflecting that and won't for awhile.

Love the summer and will miss the beach. Went bodysurfing all last week. As long as there's not a ne wind I'll dip to the end of October as long as temps are in low 80s. Really want to get down in the next few weeks to get some shelling in.

But, April and boat time will be back b4 we know it. Send pics if you make it back to the sandbar b4 it gets too cold. Bet the hang 10ers will be out in force this week and next week. Ought to be good after Fiona passes.

We really enjoyed the surfing competition in folly a few weeks back (watching). Sadly I had to hang up the sticks and the paddle board. Fun stuff.
