What think ye about the Dawgs vs Mayo Boy and the Coots?

Do the Fighting Bobo's rumble, or does Mayo Boy revive the historical (hysterical?) trend of the Lamecocks playing the Dawgs surprisingly close, even to the point of upsetting them at times?
I'm going with the former. I don't think the Chickadees stay within that 27.5 point spread for very long. If they can find some convenient dumpsters in Athens, the parking lot rendezvous may start early in this one.
This is one of those games where you just wish, somehow, some way, BOTH teams could lose.

27.5 is a awful lot of points considering UGA hasn’t looked very good in 2 games. If SC line can hold up on the pass rush, they may cover. I don’t think they will be close enough to win in the fourth quarter.

I'm going to say the Dawgs cover simply because they are due a good game. I think they also want to spank the cawks in order to keep them in check on recruiting in GA.
And the garter snake helps them out by throwing 2 INTs...

Georgia seldom plays well against the peckers. And they’re missing 4 starters (or so I heard on radio today). Rattler is good but their line isn’t. I would take coots to cover but not win. 42-21 type game.

Cawks? Aren’t you making fun of the South Carolina state accent saying that therefore making fun of those from SC?

They need to approach this as a statement game. Of course, it is highly unlikely that it will matter, but if they do drop a game to Tennessee or Ole Miss, they may need a convincing win for eye test. UGA will be in the playoffs though if they are a 1-loss SEC champ regardless of how this game goes.
So upon further reflection, they don’t need to make a statement. They need to win, and need to beat UT.
So given Rattler’s recent play and SCAR’s history O’Gorman giving the Dawgs fits, I predict a win with no cover…maybe 20 point margin.
But I would love to see a cover. Doesn’t cost us anything, and it would totally demoralize the coots.

UGA usually plays down to them . I think it will be closer than the spread. Maybe a 17-21 point game. Hope it is an absolute record setting blowout.

Gamecock fans I know here in Columbia don't have any confidence in their O-line.
The Chickens have surprised quite a few people at times, including us, Bama, Tennessee and the Dawgs.

Don't make any predictions on this yearly tussle until you read the latest Police reports and arrest records for these 2 teams. Availability is the key here, since many teammates watch from the rec room while wearing their custom made orange jump suits.
