this weekend, the CFP will look like this Tuesday night and the SEC will have their 3 in with 1 week to go.
#1 UGA
#2 O31-0 State
#3 LSU
#4 Bama
#5 Clemson
#6 Oregon

LSU and Bama simply CANNOT move up by beating teams with losing records.

at home during the conference championship games, the final poll will be UGA, Oh St, Clemson, and Mich or TCU! A two loss Bama that doesn't win their division will not be above a one loss conference champ Clemson! Nor will they jump above a one loss TCU or Michigan!
And if LSU somehow beats UGA, they won't be #1 unless there are somehow no undefeated teams left after the conference championship games!

I wouldn't be surprised that the three SEC teams would be in the rankings next week but after the Championship Games, I think you're correct, Bama would be out.

So? Georgia beats LSU and we win out and are ACC Champs and get in over Bama that is 10-2.

No, Bama is out and when GA beats LSU (or A&M) they’re done. If 2 out of 3 of your scenario happens and we win out - we’re in. Especially the real USC losing and hopefully TCU losing their conference championship. Though I dislike both teams, OSU beating Meechigan helps us too due their SOS. I hope these dominos fall in our favor.

I’m not one to put crazy predictions out but I got a feeling the KINGS of CHOKE will get beat by Georgia Tech &/or LSU!
Now talk about a great weekend and media narrative busted, put a fork in it!
Let’s go Tigers!
Win two and we are in the playoffs, it happens every year where these teams lose in the last week or two.
TCU was gifted another one last week too.
