I have posted on here before about the state of the band uniforms. What is more embarrassing is the IPTAY patch on them. IPTAY , do better!

IPTAY provides funding for the uniforms as well as all travel expenses for the band.
That said, I read somewhere that Tiger Band was supposed to be getting new uniforms in 2025.

Yessss. They need uniforms really bad. They are tired AF. They need to come off the money ASAP and buy new ones for them. They work hard and deserve it.

Truth is, they will never "look good" ever again since DEI kicked in and we now have a bunch of chubbies and some dudes trying to be chicks that sneaked in there. Never be the same. There...I said what you guys were thinking!

Agreed. The current unis look tacky IMO. They need to switch to white with purple and orange accents.
I liked that the flaggers switched to shorter skirts in recent years. Those long skirts they wore years ago always looked so "Little House on the Prairie -matronly.

Agreed! This. White looks sharp.
I love our band but I wish they would change up their pregame entrance too. That running on the field to that corny music over the Public address is terrible. Let the drums come out first and play then run onto the field and line up in the westendzone then play and march down the field in line formation like other schools.

Our band entrance needs a major overhaul.
The Auburn and LSU bands marching out will give you chills.
Would be nice to have a new band cheer also. The "GO" first down cheer is our only crowd cheer other than "Tiger Rag".
And yes I know we don't have a Band/Music Program.

Our band, and most bands, would have a lot of work in store to catch up with Ohio State's band. I saw them once at a Penn St game and I couild not believe what I was seeing and hearing. But if a school is going to put a band on the field, it should look good and sound good. It used to be the case that Clemson didnt have a music major to offer which saw attracting many of the more serious musicians a challenge, but there is talent a plenty in Clemson's band so - with new unis and proper leadership (to include discipline) they can make us as proud as any other band in the South.
