He said you probably wont see anymore OL taken in this yr class, not much room with the depth and all we took last year. Said may see two taken but not a great OL group this year. Had a solid ol class last year and Secondary and DL is their big focus this year. Also RB

I think its been pretty much the plan all along to be at 2-3 OL in this class with 3DE and 1 dt(Id like us to take 2dt's and move maybank to ol)

I don't disagree with you about offensive linemen being more important than we appear to place on it in recruiting, but squads were larger when Danny coached. You can't have 40 now.

coach up the group we have. Numbers is not the problem. Developing the kids and teaching them how to play as a unit is the challenge. Helping them find their mean streak is the challenge. Getting the most possible out of each and every one of them is the challenge.
Fortunately, we have a really great OL coach on our side now and I believe he will mold the current crop of big old boys (of which we have plenty) into a solid, effective offensive line, the same way we did back in the good old days that everybody remembers so fondly, (or has read or heard about or dreamed about) ...
We didn't have particularly heralded or highly sought after OL in those days, but we had coaches who knew how to build them into solid individuals who contributed to a solid team.
