Do you have a reason other than DJU’s play three years ago? Or do you just want them to lose? King is a good QB, but FSU defense will be too stout to lose this game.

Did you watch GT play UGA last year? They gave them problems for almost the entirety of that game. GT is better coached than FSU. The question will 100% be can DJ not lose them this game.

It is that, but I find it hard to pull for FSU knowing that DJ is on their team. It's just me, but he left a bad impression for me, and then to berate us after leaving results in ill feelings for me where he is concerned. I'm just glad he is gone from Clemson.

FSUs most experienced receiver has 14 career receptions. They lost all of their stars on offense. They lost most on defense.
Most of FSUs players have never played a game together. I believe their defense will be stout but I think GT pulls it out.

I honestly have no clue about either team. Seems FSU had a lot leave but unsure who all they brought in. One thing for certain will be the need for a good FSU rushing attack. Not sold on DJU beating anyone with his arm.

Wow, if DJ has 300+ yards then FSU will have a really good year. DJ has only had three 300 yard passing games in his career and we all remember two of them. The first against Notre Dame when we had a pretty impressive offense. The second against a terrible Wake Forest defense. The third against an injured and depleted Boston college defense. I expect 220 to 250 yards from DJ with one touchdown.

Lol well it happens. It's hard to give up on a kid like DJ bc you see the raw talent and it almost hurts watching him not progress like you think he should. Hopefully I'm not in that boat with Cade bc I have a massive amount of belief in the kids upside.

GT returns most of their offense...has a pretty good QB....
FSU will have a lot of new faces...Saban has been to a few practices...his take:
"Florida State to me, has one of the best five probably personnel-wise teams in the country," Saban said, "The way they've been able to reload through the portal, as well as having good recruiting and good young players coming up the program that they've developed. So I think they're one of the best teams in the country."
Saban also praised the Yellow Jackets and expects the game to be competitive. He said, "I really think Georgia Tech's one of the sleepers in the ACC. Last year, they were in the top three in almost every offensive category, they just needed to improve their defense for this year because they have a lot of those players coming back. So I think they're going to be very, very competitive and have a great chance to be one of the teams that have the factor into the ACC for who wins the conference."

I think FSU wins late by 7 or 10 points, but I hope FSU looks terrible and loses so I can convince myself that we should beat them handily and make their fans read books while shirtless trying to get a tan. Sorry for the run on sentence. I am now officially in my football mode.

Thanks, just call em like I see em. I don’t think GT is done making noise. Very well coached and again may have one of the top offenses. Fsu is by no means not good due to this loss. They will be hungry to win out the rest of the way.
I was wrong about the commentary after the game. I couldn’t believe it but they actually have the acc some props for potential parity and depth. Next weekend will shape that narrative the rest of the way. Need Miami to win and Clemson to at least compete to show the acc could get two if not three teams in the playoff.
It’s important.
