We are doing lamb chops, bison steaks/burgers, grilled asparagus/various vegetables, shrimp (hopefully), and some stews. CAN'T WAIT!

Go to Ingles...buy a box of Calabash Breader. Dont mess up and buy hushpuppy mix. The boxes look the same.
You soak that Mahi (or grouper, or flounder) in Italian salad dressing for 30 min. Then dunk the nuggets in egg and put them in a ziplock bag with the breader. Shake well....fry em up. You can toss them in Frank's Red Hot/Butter for a kick.
