All the talk of this team is different, can we finally face reality?

We are slower and softer than all of the elite teams.

Go back and look at the predictions from the Clemson writers. It’s just delusional at this point

Stop thinking this is 2016-2018 Clemson going in to these games. Time to be realistic and realize where we are

Oh they’re still here….lurking in the shadows. Waiting for tomorrow or maybe next week if we win so they can yet again claim their moral superiority and sycophantic allegiance to never question Dabo or the player’s abilities.

As I think about it, what you said is exactly what it is. It’s like the football product doesn’t matter because the team is a group of “good young men”. That’s not what the football team’s mission should be, it should be to win games. We can set up a scholarship for “good young men” to go to Clemson, but we need a football team that can compete at an elite level.

Oh the irony! Seems like it was just yesterday when Clemson fans were making fun of butch jones at Tennessee when he said he was just looking for 5 star hearts.

I never considered myself a "sunshine pumper" but I always gave everyone their fair shot and praised valiant performances by people that had no business being where they are/were. But I think those days are behind me now. Enough is enough.

Same here. Today’s performance was the last straw. If we win out and go to the playoffs, I will eat crow and admit I dumped too soon, but from the product I watched on the field today, that’s not going to happen and we know it.

Enough is enough. Dabo can make the changes needed or we need to make a change from Dabo. We should be an elite program and I’m not going to let Dabo convince me otherwise this year as he as done for the last 5.

Really glad to see some are finally starting to come around and recognize Dabo is not bigger than Clemson University.

Clemson was here before him and we’ll be here after him. Nobody cares about graduation rates accept the losers that continue to praise Dabo for “doing it the right way”. That’s complete and total BS.

He’s paid over 11 mill a year to WIN football games no matter if it’s against #1 or #100.

Remember when we were in games like this and went in expecting to win? Remember how it felt to know we would be there with a chance to win in the end no matter who the opponent was?

It’s so sad how far we’ve fallen so quickly. This never would have happened 5/6 years ago. With each passing year of refusing to use NIL to recruit and refusing to use the portal… the team talent will continuously decrease until we fall completely back into mediocrity.
