Stubhub scam!!!

Did anyone else have an issue like this... My sister bought her two tix off someone then at the gate her tix weren't scanning and the security said they were already scanned? Which was impossible. They were nice and let them in anyways but someone had bought the same tix off stubhub and were in those seats. So in short the person sold the tix on stubhub then sold the actual hard tickets to us making the actual tickets invalid at the gate. Anyone know if this is a stubhub issue or someone trying to scam.

As soon as they're put on stubhub, hard copies are automatically invalid. I purchased my tickets on stubhub and they didn't even scam them! He looked at my 2 printed papers and let me in and continued to scanning other hard copies.

The one time I sent tickets electronically through the ticket website it actually changed the barcode. Said otherwise, the barcode on the physical ticket wouldn't match the barcode on the electronic. Its my understanding that the physical ticket at that point wouldn't scan...

That's why I only buy on stubhub...

invalidates the original, plus, if you do somehow get screwed, they try to get you a similar ticket or your money back. Buying hard tix these days is not the way to go, especially when you can load the stubhub tix on your phone.
